A big thank-you to the Connecticut Humanities Council for its $5,900 grant under the CT Cultural Fund Operating Support program. This the second year in which we’ve received support under the program, with funding provided by the Connecticut State Department of Economic and Community Development/Connecticut Office of the Arts from the Connecticut State Legislature. We’re using the funds to improve our financial, IT and organizational infrastructure, contracting administrative help and taking steps toward creating the sustainable operating model we need to extend our mission of pairing live arts performance with hands-on arts education, public service and community dialogue to energize the community and catalyze positive change.
